Kiddush Club Form

To help support the activities of Chabad, we have created the Kiddush Club and are inviting you to become our partner. By becoming our partner through the Kiddush Club, you are committing to a monthly donation of $36, or double "Chai", which means life in Hebrew. General sponsorships for a complete Kiddush is also avaialble. Please reach out to our Kiddush club coordinator, Dave Rose or to Mina Richler for more details.
In addition, you can also become the monthly wine sponsor for a one time donation of $100.

The Torah teaches that each individual is a world. With your support of our activities, you can help move many a universe. As a member of the Kiddush Club, your donation, combined with everyone else's in this special club, will allow us to continue to offer a special Kiddush Lunch every Shabbos.
