The Dovi Rossman Memorial Scholarship Fund

Helping residents begin or continue their recovery when financial hardship stands in the way.

Dovi Rossman, of blessed memory

A bridge when someone is ready to rebuild

Every day, someone makes one of the most important decisions of their life: they decide they want to recover.

For some, one final obstacle stands in the way. They simply cannot afford a safe place to live.

At Shoova, we believe that no one should lose the opportunity for recovery because they are unable to pay for their first few weeks in sober living.

How the fund helps

The Dovi Rossman Memorial Scholarship Fund provides scholarships of up to $150 per week for up to four weeks for residents who demonstrate financial need and a genuine commitment to recovery.

The fund is also available to current residents who are doing well in their recovery but run into an unexpected hardship, such as losing a job. Temporary support can help them stay stable while they get back on their feet.
